Public Meeting Summary

October 17, 2007

 

 

At its public meeting of Wednesday, October 17, 2007, the Board of Supervisors took the following actions:

 

  1. Approved minutes from the October 3, 2007, public meeting as written;

 

  1. Approved October 1 and 15 Warrant Lists and September Payroll;

 

  1. Special Events Committee updated BOS on planned Veterans’ Day Parade;

 

  1. Discussed Bucks County Regional Traffic Study Report, moved as follows:

 

    1. Authorized Ron Smith and Greg Caiola to request additional time to allow Township boards and commission to meet and comment on the report; and
    2. Authorized Mr. Smith and Mr. Caiola to vote the report down if the extension of time is denied;

 

  1. Discussed retrofitting detention basins, approved proposed study by the Environmental Advisory Council ;

 

  1. Awarded Public Works bids for mowing basin open space as recommended by Public Works Department;

 

  1. Will leave Woodside Presbyterian and Katarina Hauben to the Zoning Hearing Board;

 

  1. Rick Wilson made requests for relief from installing sidewalks and location of driveway, Mr. Wilson was directed to fulfill existing obligations and return to the Board in three weeks;

 

  1. Reappointed David Fritchey to the Park & Recreation Board.
