  XI.                        ZONING HEARING

 

a.      Woodside Presbyterian Church, 1667 Edgewood Road, requests variance to permit distance from parking to property setback line to be 11.46 feet rather than 25 feet as required.

 

b.     Katarina Hauben, 329 Sherwood Drive, requests variance to replace existing rear concrete patio and front concrete walkway with new rear patio and front walkway resulting in greater than permitted impervious surface.
