XIII.                        ZONING HEARING

 

a.      Lutheran Church of the Resurrection requests variances to permit expansion in two phases.  Construction will result in greater than permitted impervious surface and encroachment into the 100 foot minimum setback of both Makefield and Sutphin Roads

b.     T.M. Krautheim Company, Inc requests variance for property located at 1212 Yardley-Morrisville Road to remove three dead trees within the natural resource protection area.
