Public Meeting Summary
September 19,
2007
At its public meeting of Wednesday, September 19, 2007,
the Board of Supervisors took the following actions:
- Approved minutes from the September 5, 2007, public meeting
as corrected;
- Approved September 4 and 17, 2007, Warrant
Lists and August Payroll;
- Representatives of the AARK foundation made a
presentation;
- Heard update on Township/BRRAM Challenge of the
FAA FONSI ruling;
- Approved response letter prepared by the
Citizens Traffic Commission and Chad Dixson of
TPD; to be sent to the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission
regarding the Bucks County Regional Traffic Study;
- Approved with changes the YMS/Macclesfield
lease and authorized Township Manager to sign on behalf of the Board of
Supervisors;
- Awarded bid for pool scheduling and maintenance
software to Capture Point in the amount of $5,298;
- Approved hiring Armour Electric to make
improvements on Creamery Road
as follows;
- $8,00 to relocate the flashing traffic signals
- $8,000 to add street lights at the curve of Creamery Road
near the school and signage and pavements as necessary;
- Approved extensions of time as follows:
- Harris
Farm, Fieldstone File No. 496-N, to January 18, 2008
- Harris Farm, Fieldstone File No. 549, to January 18, 2008
- Lotus Tract, Big Oak Road, to January 7, 2008
- Norman & Patricia O’Rourke, Washington Crossing Road, to January 21, 2008
- Accepted with conditions the dedication of
Deerbrook and Wilshire Glen;
- Moved to have Bryon Shissler prepare an RFP
consistent with his Deer Management Plan and return to the BOS in two
weeks;
- Appointed Becky
Cecchine, Kim Dezutel and Mark
Ellison to the Special Events
Committee.
