Senior Center

Believe It
Lower Makefield Senior Center
A Reality – Finally!

Yes, it is for real – we will have a Senior Center. Thanks to Rep. Steve Santarsiero’s diligent representation of us, Gov. Corbett has signed a Grant for Lower Makefield to build a Senior/Community Center.

The Board of Supervisors has formed a Committee, consisting of one representative from Parks and Rec, Planning, and Disabled Persons, and two representatives from the Lower Makefield Seniors, to work toward bringing the project to fruition. The LMS representatives will be Frank Fazzalore and Gail McPhaden.

As the Committee moves forward, you will be kept updated on the progress. Your input is valuable; please contact us and let us know your thoughts.

Our thanks to Rep. Santarsiero, the Lower Makefield Board of Supervisors, Terry Fedorchak, Township Manager, Joe Menard, LMT Budget Commission, and the Lower Makefield Seniors Center Committee for working together to bring to our dreams to a reality.
