Last week, you received notification about the potential for increased taste and odor of chlorine in your water. The condition was related to technical issues at our water treatment plant, which led to opening an interconnection with a neighboring water provider to ensure adequate supplies for our Yardley area customers. We are pleased to report the issue has been resolved, the interconnection has been discontinued, and your water’s taste and odor is returning to normal. We also want to assure you that our water quality continued to meet all regulatory standards during this incident.
