Amelia Giacobetti is a senior at Pennsbury High School. She has been dancing at Dance Arts of Yardley since she was 4 years old and is currently on the Senior Ballet and Jazz Companies at the studio. At school, she is the vice president of the student council, a member of both the National Honors Society and the German National Honors Society, and was recently awarded Academic Excellence in Art. Additionally, Amelia enjoys volunteering at Co-Mans, a residential rehabilitation community for the mentally ill. She has grown up in Lower Makefield with her parents and younger sister for the majority of her life and wishes to encourage her peers to become more involved in the community.
