Cecelia Quay is a sophomore at Pennsbury High School. She is a part of the National Spanish Honor Society and runs on Pennsbury’s cross country and track teams. In her free time, Cecelia volunteers at Morrisville Food Pantry. Cecelia lives in Lower Makefield with her mother, older brother, and cats. She is eager to work with her community and encourage her peers to become more involved.
