Center for Independent Living (CIL) The Center for Independent Living of Bucks County provides a multitude of Independent Living Services to individuals with disabilities in Bucks County at no cost. We also provide a gateway through our website to better serve our community’s needs.

Horizon House is committed to helping the individuals we serve live a fulfilling life in the community—the life they want and deserve. Horizon House responds to the needs of individuals by broadening its scope of programs and services for adults with behavioral health needs, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and the homeless.
Lenape Valley Foundation Intellectual Disability Supports Coordination is designed to assist individuals and their families in assessing current needs, developing Individual Support Plans, obtaining services and supports, and locating, coordinating and monitoring those supports and services. Eligibility for ID services is based on a diagnosis of Intellectual Disability prior to the age of 22 or a diagnosis of Autism before the age of 22 along with significant limitations in activities of daily living. Information and intakes for ID services in Bucks County are completed by the Bucks County Mental Health/Developmental Programs Department. To determine eligibility, please call 215-444-2800.
Life In Bucks Serving Bucks County families who have a child or adolescent that struggles with emotional or behavioral issues, Bucks LIFE works closely with families to offer support along with informational resources and referral services.
