It is the mission of the Lower Makefield Township Police Department to maintain a highly motivated, well trained and progressive force, and to build a partnership by seeking the talents and input of all citizens who share a concern for the welfare of our community.
Through LMTPD’s website/portal on the CRIMEWATCH Network, residents can stay up to date with crime in the area. Residents can sign up for alerts, and download the CRIMEWATCH app, which lets users browse nearby crime and anonymously submit tips to authorities.
CRIMEWATCH opens communication channels between law enforcement agencies and the public they serve. Working in partnership with the community, the LMTPD can proactively prevent local crime, support victim recovery and hold offenders accountable.
