PLANNING COMMISSION
MINUTES - SEPTEMBER 13, 1999
The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the Township of Lower Makefield was held in the Municipal Building on September 13, 1999. Chairman Pazdera called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Gunkel moved and Mr. Koch seconded to approve the Minutes of July 26, 1999 as written. Motion to approve carried with Mrs. Gould abstaining.
Mr. Roeper moved and Mr. Gunkel seconded to approve the Minutes of August 9, 1999 as corrected. Motion to approve carried with Mrs. Gould abstaining.
#505 - SBA TOWERS, INC. - PRELIMINARY/FINAL LAND DEVELOPMENT DISCUSSION
Mr. Larry Washington, Zoning Manager for SBA was present. The PCS letter dated 9/8/99 was noted, and Mr. Washington thanked Ms. Frick for meeting with them to discuss the report. He stated they have been able to reach resolution on most of the issues which were noted in the PCS letter.
Mr. Washington stated they will comply with Item #1 and information required has been provided by PCS and will be added to the drawings.
Item #2 relates to an outbound survey and they had concerns with this because of the costs.Mr. Washington stated they have reached an agreement that they will do a limited survey to determine where the exact right-of-way is and will make the necessary revisions to the drawings. Mr. Doherty stated this was acceptable to PCS.
Item #3 was noted, and Mr. Washington stated they did do a soil sampling of their site and PCS has provided them with information on soils on the remainder of the property and they will include this information on the plans.
Mr. Washington stated they will make corrections to the Plans as requested in Item #4. This will require them to record two sheets rather than one and they will make reference to the first sheet on the second sheet. This relates to Item #5 as well.
Mr. Washington stated they will comply with Item #6.
With regard to Item #7, Mr. Washington stated they intend to take soil off site but since there may be a temporary time when they are stockpiling they will revise the plans to show the stockpile
