TOWNSHIP OF LOWER MAKEFIELD
MINUTES - JANUARY 24, 2000
The regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the Township of Lower Makefield was held in the Municipal Building on January 24, 2000. Chairman Pazdera called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mr. Roeper moved, Mr. Koch seconded and it was unanimously carried to approve the Minutes of November 8, 1999 as corrected.
Ms. Gould moved, Mr. Roeper seconded and it was unanimously carried to approve the Minutes of December 13, 1999 as corrected.
#459-A - THE SHOPS AT MAKEFIELD QUARTERS REVISED FINAL PLAN APPROVAL
Mr. Edward Murphy was present and noted the PCS review letter dated 1/18/00. He stated they will comply with Item #1. With regard to Item #2, he stated the Easement Agreements are being prepared. He noted they will comply with Item #3. With regard to Item #4 and Item #5, Mr. Murphy stated they have submitted revised Plans to CKS and PennDOT. He noted they will comply with Item #6. With regard to Item #7, Mr. Murphy stated they did revise the plans based on the comments in the November PCS review letter. He noted changes have since been requested by the Township engineer, and they will comply with these as well.
Mr. Gunkel moved and Mr. Koch seconded to recommend to the Board of Supervisors approval of the Revised Final Plans dated 3/15/99, last revised 11/23/99 with the Stipulation that they will comply with the PCS review letter dated 1/18/00 and that print changes be made before they go to the Board of Supervisors.
There was no public comment and the Motion carried unanimously.
#504 - JOSEPH CASADONTI MINOR SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY/FINAL PLAN APPROVAL
Mr. Joseph Casadonti was present and noted the PCS review letter dated 1/17/00. With regard to Item #1, Mr. Casadonti stated they have received the CKS review letter. He noted they will comply with Item #2. The Township engineer has indicated he is satisfied with the legal descriptions as noted in Item #3.
Mr. Roeper moved and Mr. Koch seconded to recommend to the Board of Supervisors approval of the Preliminary/Final Plan in accordance with the Plan dated 2/19/99, last revised 12/9/99 subject to the comments in the PCS letter of 1/17/00.
Mr. Casadonti noted the house is placed on the plan and he does not plan to change this placement. He asked if this will still be reviewed when he submits his Building Permit Application, and Ms. Frick noted this will still have to go through the Zoning Department as well as be reviewed by the Township engineer.
Ms. Jean Madden, 104 W. College Avenue, asked about storm water drainage and asked if sewer grates are going in the street. Mr. Doherty stated there is a double inlet in front of the property.
Motion to approve carried unanimously.
There being no further business, Mr. Koch moved, Ms. Gould seconded and it was unanimously carried to adjourn the meeting at 7:45 p.m.
