Level 2: Fundamentals of Aquatic Skills
Designed for swimmers who are comfortable in the water, Level 2 builds independence by focusing on unsupported floating, gliding, coordinated strokes, and rhythmic breathing. Students also learn treading water and basic water safety techniques.
