Supervisor Grenier has spent his career with internationally acclaimed consulting engineering firms working on sustainable infrastructure and land development projects and programs. He is certified as a LEED AP and ENV SP by the U.S. Green Building Council and the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure, respectively. His professional career has led him to manage multi-million-dollar infrastructure and land development projects and programs throughout the US. As such, Supervisor Grenier seeks to apply his technical and management experience to promote sustainable practices across Township projects, operations, and procedures. As of 2022, Supervisor Grenier will have served in every position on the Board of Supervisors (BOS).

In addition to his work as a member of the BOS, he was asked by the Bucks County Commissioners to be a member of the Bucks County Energy and Environment Committee. This committee played a pivotal role in establishing clear and achievable energy and environmental goals that the Bucks County Commissioners have incorporated into their future goals and plans for Bucks County.

Prior to being elected to the BOS, Supervisor Grenier volunteered as a member of Lower Makefield Township’s Environmental Advisory Council (EAC), where he reviewed and prepared environmental analyses of proposed land development projects in the Township, worked on updating LMT’s open space plan and inventory, coordinated with the Public Works Department on the Township’s stormwater management program, and reviewed the Township’s environmental policies and ordinances. While paying his way through undergraduate and graduate school, he also worked for the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Commerce and the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission. He got his start in local government while in high school when he was appointed to be a student representative to a local Planning Board and was tasked with helping to conduct land development reviews and helping to draft the community's comprehensive plan. Ever since, it has been a hugely rewarding experience to work with fellow community members toward common goals.

Supervisor Grenier received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania where he also attended the Wharton School of Business with a minor concentration in Organization and Environmental Management. He has also received a post-graduate certification in Sustainable Management from Duke University with specific coursework in leadership ethics, corporate social responsibility, measuring sustainable management performance, and triple bottom line accounting. In addition, he has also received a post-graduate certification in Energy Innovation and Emerging Technologies from Stanford University.

Supervisor Grenier and his wife are happy to be raising their two young children and rescue pup in Lower Makefield Township.
