In response to last night's storm, the Lower Makefield Township Community Center at 1550 Oxford Valley Road will be open today as a cooling and charging station. It will remain open as long as needed- we'll post an update when it's closing.
Additionally, the yard waste area at 1100 Edgewood Road (rear of the property behind the Public Works Garage) will be open until 2:30pm today (June 20th) and tomorrow (June 21st) from 7am to 12pm for storm-related woody waste drop off.
