The Bucks County Commissioners and the Bucks County Planning Commission staff are engaged in an update to the County’s Act 167 Stormwater Management Plans. To assist with this work, the county has engaged with NTM Engineering to assist with updating and consolidating the current plans into a countywide Act 167 Plan. As part of that work, we will be conducting field visits throughout the county on May 21st, from May 27th through May 30th and on June 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 6th.
This letter is to inform you that county staff, along with our consultant team, may be on or near your property to assess various existing site conditions related to reported stormwater flooding and/or stream erosion issues. The goal of this field work is to identify the cause of the issue and to assist in the development of conceptual solutions for the problems.
