Responsibilities
The Community Development Department is responsible for the administration of the Township Zoning Ordinance, Subdivision & Land Development Ordinance, and Building Code(s) and Regulations, assists the Board of Supervisors & Planning Commission in creating policy for the future development of the Township, and provides staff support for the Zoning Hearing Board and other Township Boards and Commissions.
